B2B Wholesale Payment Policy

1. Verified Payment Methods

Ramnad Agro conducts wholesale transactions through legitimate, verified banking channels:

• Commercial RTGS / NEFT / IMPS: Direct transfer to our official business bank account.
• Verified Business UPI: Linked to authorized business accounts.
• Cash at Godown: Permitted strictly within statutory limits under the Income Tax Act for direct godown pickups.

2. Security Notice Against Unverified Accounts

We do NOT solicit payments to personal unverified accounts without an official signed Proforma Invoice. Always verify our official account numbers by calling management directly at +91 63830 41296 before remitting high-value wholesale funds.

3. Standard Payment Schedule

Unless custom trade credit terms have been formalized through written agreement and credit verification, standard wholesale terms require:

• 50% advance deposit upon contract booking to schedule farm aggregation and bag allocation.
• 50% balance settlement against electronic weighbridge slip and lorry transport bilty prior to vehicle departure.
