Delivery & Pickup
Every order is collected from our godown in MPK Valasai, Ramanathapuram. You arrange the transport — we pack the order and load it onto your vehicle free.
We do not book transport. You arrange the lorry, mini-truck or transport company and pay them directly; our prices are at the godown.

Confirm your order
Get a quote and pay the 50% advance. We tell you the date your order will be ready.

Book your vehicle
Your own vehicle, a hired lorry or mini-truck, or a transport / parcel company that collects from our godown.

Book the pickup here
Fill the form below with the date, vehicle number and driver phone. We keep the order packed and waiting for that day.

We load it free
When the driver arrives and the balance is paid, we load the goods. The invoice (and weighbridge slip for weighed goods) is handed to the driver.

Which vehicle do I need?
Mats and brooms are light but bulky, so space runs out before weight does. These are rough guides only — send us your order and we'll tell you which vehicle fits.

Don't have a transporter?
- Ask a lorry booking office or transport company in your city: "Can you collect a load from Ramanathapuram / the Madurai side?"
- Try parcel or cargo companies that offer door pickup from the sender's address.
- Post the load on an online truck-booking app: Ramanathapuram → your city.
- Buyers in the same city can share one lorry to cut the cost.

Can you deliver to my city?
No — every order is collected from our godown. That keeps our prices low, and you choose the transporter you trust.
Who pays the transport charges?
You do, directly to your transporter or driver. Our prices are at the godown.
Is there a loading charge?
No. Packing and loading onto your vehicle are free.
What if goods are damaged on the way?
Once goods are loaded onto your vehicle they are your responsibility. Your driver can check the count before leaving.
Can the driver pay the balance?
Yes, or you can pay online before the vehicle arrives. The balance must be received before loading.
