Cancellation Policy
Terms governing purchase order cancellations, vehicle loading schedules, and force majeure events for wholesale agricultural orders.
1. Order Cancellation Window
Wholesale purchase orders may be cancelled without penalty within 12 hours of formal booking, provided vehicle loading has not commenced at our MPK Valasai godown.
2. Post-Loading Cancellations
Once produce has been graded, weighed, and loaded onto a transport lorry, or when dedicated packaging/bagging has been executed, cancellations cannot be accepted. In such events, vehicle detention charges, unloading labor, and transit reallocation costs incurred will be deducted from any advance deposit.
3. Sourcing Interruptions & Force Majeure
In the event of extreme climatic events (cyclonic weather, severe flooding) or road transit closures preventing dispatch from Ramanathapuram, Ramnad Agro will notify the buyer immediately. Buyers will have the option to reschedule dispatch or receive a full refund of any advance deposit.
