MOQ varies by product. Coconut starts at 1000+ kg/week, mats/brooms at 50–100 units, pulses at 50–100 kg, and seeds at 100–500 kg. Contact us for any specific product to confirm exact MOQ.

Currently we focus on all of Tamil Nadu. For interstate orders, please contact us directly — we'll discuss feasibility, freight, and timelines.

We accept NEFT, RTGS, and UPI. Our standard terms are advance + balance on delivery / loading. For trusted regular buyers (3+ orders), we may offer credit terms.

Absolutely — we encourage it for first-time bulk buyers. Call ahead to confirm we have your specific product ready for inspection. Visits are welcome 7 days a week, 6 AM – 8 PM.

1–2 days for smaller in-stock orders. 3–5 days for full lorry loads — this gives us time to source fresh, sort, and quality-check before dispatch. Rush orders can sometimes be accommodated; just ask.

Both options are available. You can arrange your own lorry pickup from our godown, OR we can arrange transport at the actual freight cost (no markup). You decide based on what works best for you.

We are in the process of registering for GST. Once active, we will display the number on every invoice. For B2B buyers who need input tax credit, please confirm timing with us at the time of order.

Not yet — wholesale deals are closed over a call or visit so we can discuss quality, packaging, and pricing properly. Submit an inquiry and we'll take it forward from there. No online payment required.
